Patea Convent 4, State School nil. A game which caused much interest was played iu the Pa'ea Domain on Wednesday, between the local Convent and State Schools, the former proving victorious by 4 goals to ni’. Those who played the bast game for the winning teem were Maude Fi'zwater, Molly McKenna,. Shirley Bremer, Annie Smith, Eddie McKenna ana Jim Watson, For the State School the best plavers were Laura Woodruff-*, Eileen Horner, Stacy Joaas and Marion Hamerton, Much credit is due to Mua E. Whiting, who refereed the game in a capable manner.
