LATINO MOTOR TRAEFIO AND RULE OF ROAD. is hereby given that in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon it by the “Public Works Act, 1908,” and the “Motor Regulations Act, 1908,” and amendments, and all other acts and powers whatsoever in it in this behalf enabling the Council of the County of Patea (hereinafter called the County Council) doth hereby make and ordain by Special Order—- “ That the Special Order making Bye laws regulating motor traffic made on 18th September, 1911, and approved by the Minister in January, 1912,. is hereby abolished, and the said by-law abolished accordingly, such abolition to come into force on and after July 14tb, 1 914,” And notice is further given that the said Special Order will be confirmed at a Special meeting of the Council to be hold on MONDAY, July 13th, 1914, at 11 a m.
