from and after tiro Ist instant, mails will dose/at the Patea Post Office as follows: For Wf vrrley, Yvuitotara, W angnnni (and to Wellington via Wanganui) daily, f.t 7.15 a.m. For Waverley-Waitotara, Wanganui Wellington and south, on Mondays Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 10.10 a.m. For Alton, Hurleyville, Hawora aud north daily, at 10.10 a.ra. For Kakaramea and Manutahi, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 10. Id ami. For Whenuakura, Waverley, Waitotara, Wanganui and Wellington on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 1.15 p m For Whenuakura, Waverley, Waitotara and Wanganui on Thursdays at 4 p.m. For Kakaramea, Manutahi, Hawera and north on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 5 p.m. For Hawera aud north on Wednesdays aud Saturdays at 5 pan. Letters containing anything of value should be handed to the Postmaster to be registe; ed. Letters containing coin, if posted unregistered, will be compulsorily registered and charged double registration fee-!
