■ Paris, May -8. M. lleaupro, one of tho Judges of the Court of Cassation, recommends the revision of Dreyfus’ sentence and his re-trial. With a view of preventing demonstrations, M . Krantz, Minister of War, has forbidden military odicers to attend tho final sittings of tho Court of Gassa tion unless called as witnesses in tho Iheyfus case. Tho police also have received vigorous instructions to maintain order. May 29. Le Figaro declares that JJoaupro’s recommendation for a re-trial of Dre}'fus and a fresh Court-martial, to bo judged according to law, is scathing 1 in its stern simplicity. M. Blowitz, in tho same journal, says Dreyfus’ acquittal is certain, since the bordereau is the only charge.
