From and after Hie Ist instant, mails will close at the Patea Post Office as follows: For Wevcrloy, Wailotara, Wanganui (and to Wellington via Wanganui) daily, at 7.45 a.m. For Waverley- Waitotara, Wanganui Wellington and south, on Mondays Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 10.10 a.m. For Alton, Hurleyvillo, Hawera and nonh daily, at 10.10 a.m. For Kakaramea and Manutahi, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 10. l‘J a.m. For Whcnuakura, Waverley, Waitotara, Wanganui and Wellington on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 1.15 p.m, For Whenuakura, Waverley, Wan* totara and Wanganui on Thursdays at 4 p.m. For Kakaramea, Manutahi, Hawera and north on Mondays, Tuesdays, Ihursdays and Fridays at 5 p.m. For Hawera and north on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 5 p.m. Letters containing anything of value should be handed to the Postmaster to be registered. Letters containing coin, if posted unregistered, will be compulsorily registered and charged double registration fee
