Advertisements inserted by the mouth or quarter, and withdrawn at any time before the expiry of a monthly or quarterly period;, are charged for as if inserted for the full term. While every care is exercised in regard to the duo insettion of advertisements, the Proprietor does not hold himself responsible for non-insertion through accident or io v other causes ; and :he Proprietor reserves to himself the right of omitting advertisements that he may deem objectionable, even although such advertisements may have been received and paid for iu the usual course of business.
