THE TURKISH CRISIS.
Loxpox, Nov. 22. It is reported that the Sultan of Turkey has offered, after effecting the promised reforms, to visit the London and European capitals to arrange for the better government of bis Empire. Constantinople, Not 22. The Sultan has rebuked the Governor of Anatolia for tolerating the disorders in that province, and has warned him that > he will bo held responsible for any recur- ,1 rence of the trouble. The Government is disposed to refuse additional gunboats for the Bosphorus.
