Adelaide, August 7. In committee in the Legislative As* scmbly, the New Zealand treaty lias been under discussion. An amendment has been proposed to excise clause 3, which prevents the reduction of the existing duties levied on the articles named in regard to any other country. The debate stands adjourned,
