NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Prtea Harbour Board held on TUESDAY, .July Oth, 1895, the following resold tion was adopted “That the Public Bodies PowersAct, 1887, and amendments, be adopted by the Board.” Such resolution to be confirmed at a Special Meeting to he held on TUESDAY, 18th August, 1805.
