HOME AND FOREIGN. THE MISSING SHIP STONELEIGH. London, July 12. The ship Dunsyre from Sydney, reports that after leaving the Australian coasts she fell in with very severe weather. The ship Stoneleigh passed the Dunsyre, but later on the latter passed a quantity of wreckage, which possibly may have belonged to the Stoneleigh. The Stoneleigh is overdue, and reinsurances can only be effected at a premium of 70 guineas per cent. THE REPUBLIC PROGRAMME IN AMERICAN. Washington, July 12.
