Patea County Council In tie matter of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1886. and amendments. THE Patea County Council being desirous of raising t re sum of £2500 by way of a loan under the provisions of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1886, and amendments thereto, hereby notify that 1. It is proposed to raise a loan of £2500 for the purpose of constructing a new Eoad Bridge over the Whenuaku ‘a Eiver on the main line of Eoad, and on the same site as the present bridge. 2. It is proposed to pay the first year’s interest and cost of raising the loan out of loan moneys, * 3. The security to be offered for the said loan to be a special rate over ike wkole county of 1 24th. of a Id (one twenty fourth of a ptnnv) in the £, such rate to be an annually recurring rate for 26 years, and to be due and payable on the first day of October in each year. 4, Tke amount to be set apart in each year towards paying off the loan to be £l3B.
