[Retiter —Copyright.] (Received Feb 22nd, 0.80 n.ro.) LONDON, Feb 20. His Royal Highness the Duke of Edinburgh has started for Mfti'a in order to assume command of the Mediterranean Squadron. Mr Leonard Courtenay has been appointed Chairman of Committees in the House of Commons. A meeting of Chelsea Liibcrals Committee was held to night, Sir Charles Dilko being present, and tendered a full explanation, denying his guilt in connection with the recent divorce proceedings. Jhe meeting carried a vote of confidence in Sir Charles Dilke. Thar" combined squadrons who wore to Greece to prevent naval /operations on the part of that power have rendezvoused at Ncda (s/c), the French fleet alone being absent.
