TEE BRITISH GRAIN MARKETLondon, June 4th.—The Mark Lane Express , in its review of the grain trade daring the past week, says : The brilliant weather has had a benpficent effect on crops. Wheat is strong and healthy ; the demand was nominal and supply moderate, prices rather lower. Foreign wheat dull and lifeless, and the retail demand somewhat weaker. The best grades of flour were steady, but others were somewhat easier. Foreign flour unchanged; the finest grades firm ; American unsound and almost unsaleable. Barley and oats unchanged. The same may bo said of foreign barley. Oats in largo supply and slow. Maize in bad condition. There were ten arrivals and four sales. _ A dozen cargoes are due. Sales of, English wheat for the past week, 51,893 quarters at 43s sd, against 22,209 quarters at 47s 7d, during the corresponding week last year.
