It is believed that be will be exiled to some English territory. CONSTANTINOPLE Dec. 2. Said Pasha has been reinstated as Grand Vizier, and Osmsu Pasha as Minister of War, in succsssion to Ahmed Yefyk Pasha and Hasraa Pasha. Aarifi Pasha has been appointed to succeed Snfiri Pasha as Minister for Foreign Affairs. (Received December 5, 1.10 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 4. The new London Law Courts were opened to day by Her Majesty the Queen, in state. A large number of notabilities and an immense concourse of people were present, and the proceeding passed off with great eclat. T. M. Healy, M.P. for Wexford, one of the leaders of the Irish National League, has been summoned to find sureties for good behaviour. (Received Nov. 5, 10.40 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 5. At to-day’s wool sale the catalogue comprised : 10,000 bales. There was good competition, and prices were firmly maintained. (Received Dec. 6, 12.55 a.m.) It is announced that Mr F. Napier Broome, C.M.G., Lieut.-Govornor of Mauritius, has been appointed to succeed Sir Wra. Robinson as Governor of Western Australia. The British Government has recommended General Sir Arthur Evleyn Wood to the Egyptian Government for the appointment of Commander-in-Ohief of the Egyptian army. AUSTRALIAN. [REUTER—COPYRIGHT.] (Received Dec. 6,11.55 a.m.) MELBOURNE, Dec. 5. It is understood that Mr J. E. Redmond, M.P. for New Ross, Ireland, and one of the leaders of the Irish National League, is about to visit Australia to raise funds for the League. A requisition has been made to the Mayor of this city to’ call a public meeting for the purpose of considering the management of the Victorian railways. The trial of Mr William Hill on a charge of being concerned in tbo robbery of the Colonial Bank of Australia at Reed’s Creek, of which he was manager, in August last, was concluded to-day. In the absence of any circumstantial evidence he was acquitted. Sir Julius Vogel is a passenger by the Eotomahana for the Bluff, whence he will proceed overland to Dunedin. ADELAIDE, Dec. 4. It has transpired that His Excellency Sir Wm. Jer vois has received a telegram from Earl Kimberley, Secretary of State for the Colonies, desiring him to enter upon his duties as Governor of New Zealand in January next.
