Sale of about 106,000 Acres of Crown Lands in the Kortb Island. SALE of about 103,000 acres of Crown Lands in the North Island, divided into Town, Village Settlement, Agricultural Deferred Payments, Pastoral Deferred Payments, and Cash. Payment Sections, as under : On the 4th December, 1882, 2,110 acres of Agricultural Land in the Waimata and other blocks'on the East Coast will be open for application, on deferred payments, at Auckland and Gisborne, at prices from £1 to £1 10s per acre. And on the 7th December, 5,589’ acres will be disposed of at Gisborne, by public auction, on pastoral deferred payments, at an upset price of £1 per acre.
