Parihaka Meeting.
(Special from Oar Correspondent.) New Plymouth, Wednesday. At the Parihaka meeting on Monday, To Whiti said, that when ho stated the roads would not meet, he did not moan that ho would stop them, but simply that there, would be a large swamp they could not cross. He says ho hopes they will 'metal'the roads, and render them fit for traffic. There were about the average number of natives present and four Europeans.
