Some ol the Allotments will be leased for building sites, for a period of 21 years, and the remainder in blocks of i acre and upwards for 10 years. Every information given on application at the offices of the Town Clerk or Auctioneer, where plans can be inspected. A Schedule of the sections, and more complete information, will be given in handbills. The Government Offices are here established ; it is the commercial town and port of the district; and as the term of lease is almost equal to freehold, there should be good competition, more especially as this is the last opportunity of acquiring land in this important 'Township.
