C O W ER N has been favored with instructions from the Carlyle Town Board, to sell by public auction, at his Rooms, Carlyle, on Saturday, 6th May, at 12 noon — The LEASE of 142 ALLOTMENTS in the well established and increasing Town of Carlyle. Some of the Allotments will be leased for building sites, for a period of 21 years, and the remainder in blocks of 1 acre and upwards for 10 years. Every information given on application at the offices of the Town Clerk or Auctioneer, where plans can be inspected.
