A SERIES of LAND SALES is being held in the Province of Taranaki under the Waste Lands Board of the Province, the Lands olfercd being - Town and Rural Allotments, the latter varying in area from 20 to 1520 acres, and the conditions of the sale being - by DEFERRED PAYMENTS extended over Ten Years, by Auction, for CASH; and by FREE SELECTION for CASH. The District is traversed by the Waitara-Wangamii Railway, now in course of construction, and which is expected to be completed as far as .Inglewood —the Township at the commencement of the District—in about eighteen months.
