Waste Lands Hoard of (be Province, the Lands offered being Town and Rural Allotments, the latter varying in area from 20 to 320 acres, and (be conditions of the sale being by DEFERRED PAYMENTS extended over Ten Years, by Auction, for CASH ; and by FREE SELECTION for CASH. The District is traversed by the Waitara-Wangamii Railway, now in course of const ruction, and which is expected to he completed as far as Inglewood—the Township at the commencement of the District —in about eighteen months. The Land is well adapted to Working Settlers of Small Capital, as it is easily accessible, has abundance of timber for building, fencing, foul, .and shelter ; never failing si.reams of water, and a very productive soil. A good Main Road traverses the District so far as it is yet open for purchase, and (he District Roads will also he opened up by the Provincial Government, so as to make each allotment accessible from the Main Line of Railway.
