The newspaper warns people that they must not use compartments in trains reserved for wounded soldiers, and adds that unpleasant scenes have occurred. A Leipzig newspaper gives several instances of churlishness toward soldiers, even among children. A soldier in a letter to this paper says. “We no longer notice this impoliteness, but it hurts.” The “National.
