FUNDS FOR SABOTAGE
AMERICAN LABOUR UNIONS' EFFORTS. United Press Assn By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. NEW YORK, December 28. The New York Post says millions of dollars ar© being sent to occupied Europe by the A.F.L. and 0.T.0. onions, to help underground labour leaders and the Allied sabotage network prepare for the United Nations’ invasion. Under—the direction of Sidney Hillman of the 0.1.0.. and Matthew Woll, the A.F.L.. the unions are raising approximately 4,000.000 dollars to promote industrial sabotage behind the German lines. Immediately substantial sums lti* collected tbe money is despatched by secret agents to Europe. Then couriers distribute it to contacts in French mines, German factories. Czech munition plants, and railroads throughout the Continent. A considerable part supports 1500 underground secretly printed newspapers such as L© Populaire.
