13.8. C. PROGRAMMES APPRECIATED An Army officer, lately returned from India, has sent the following letter to *the 8.8. C. apropos the programme “Calling British Forces in India.” “How we all looked forward to 8.8. C. message nights in India. We always made some excuse for getting home quickly on Thursday evenings. Your programmes are very much appreciated, and do really keep us in touch with what is happening over here, in fact, rrgnt up-to-date. The splendid way you of the 8.8. C. have kept the lights burning is commented on in India. ’
