DISPERSAL OF LUFTWAFFE
RELIEF FOR RUSSIA. (Received 9-45 a.m.) (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Nov. 27. The Air Secretary, Sir A. Sinclair declared today that one fifth of the whole German air force facing the Russians before the outbreak of the -operations in Africa had been moved to counter the Anglo-American offensive.
