The Havas Agency states that the Goveynors-General of Indo-China a»*d Madagascar have been replaced. A Casablanca message says General Weygand cabled General Nogues urging all the army chief® and other officers to maintain discipline, have faith in the Petain Government and obey its orders. General Nogues is reported to have sent copies of the cable to the French commanders in Morocco. Algeria and Tunis. The Berlin radio warns Frenchmen against supporting General de Gaulle and adds that they are forbidden to fight under the armistice terms. If they fight they will be treated as civilian traitors.
