DEATH AT WINTON. 'Ek'otrie Teletrranh — Press Association INVERCARGILL,, January 12. Tho death occurred at Winton to-day of Mr John Ronald Hamilton. a former member of Parliament for Awarua and a brother of the Loader of the Opposition, Hon. Adam Hamilton. He took a prominent part in public affairs in Southland until a few years ago. In a political career covering 17 years Mr Hamilton was elected to Parliament for two terms. He had the distinction of beating the late Sir Joseph Ward.
