TRADE AGREEMENT SIGNED
BETWEEN RUMANIA AND GERMANY. (Received 10.38 a.m.) United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright - BUCHAREST, March 23. The German-Rumanian Trade Agreement has been signed and will be operative until 1944. The sweeping provisions envisage the adaption of German-Rumanian economic systems in. order to comply with the needs of both lor mutual foreign trade. Rumanian agriculture will be developed Germany monopolising Rumania's imports and manufacturers. A German-Rumanian company i s being formed to study oil deposits. A free zone is being created a Ion" the Danube where Germany will dominate industry and shipping.
