IRA I K MISSION AIM (Rritish Official Wireless.) RUGBY. March 22. Sir Samuel Hoaro. Home Minister answered questions in the House of Commons on the trade negotiations with Rumania. He said that Rumania officially denied receiving any ultimatum from Germany. At the same time, the uncertainty of the present situation was causing Rumania, to take certain preeaut-ioi-The German mission had returned to Berlin. Further information wa s given by Mr R. A.
