DEATH SENTENCE FOR MURDER
MAN AND WOMAN GUILTY. United Press Assn.—By Electric Tel egr aph—Copy r igh t. LONDON, March 21. Percv Smith, aged 33, and Matilda Ann Edwards, aged 31, were sentenced to death at the Criminal Court to-day on a charge of murdering William Henry Edwards. It was alleged that Smith bought poison and give it to Airs Edwards who gave it to her husband in the form ol a. drink. The jury added a strong recommendation to mercy.
