ITALY AND GERMANY BUSY. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, February 14. It is learned that a new company, the Soc-ieta del Mediterraneo, directed bv Senator de Micheiis, president of tile Banco Dellavoro, and Signor Motta, head of the Italian Edison Company, lias been formed to build roads, railways, electricity and water plants in Spain, and using Italian workmen as General Franco is likely to be shoi’t of labour. It is known that Germany is also offering long-term credits in an effort to obtain contracts for equipment.
