YOUTH CHARGED WITH INTENT TO DO BODILY HARAI.

Alter a retirement of two hours tne jury in the second trial of John Ansoll Briggs, aged 19, Ohakune, charged with wounding David Garvin with intent to do bodily harm, returned with a verdict of not guilty. The case arose out of an incident in Rangataua on October 29. The case was heard before Air Justice Reed. Air J. Hussey appeared for accused and Air N. R, Bain, Crown Prosecutor, represented the Crown.
