STARTED FROM WRONG BARRIER POSITION. Electric Telegraph—Press Association NEW PLYMOUTH, Last Night, The Taranaki district committee to-night allowed the appeal of the jockey 11. W. Savage against two months’ suspension imposed by the judicial committee of the Stratford Racing Club for starting from the wrong barrier position in the Kaponga Hack Handicap on the second day of the Stratford race meeting on January 3.
