DRIVER FOUND NOT GUILTY.
NEGLIGENCE CAUSING DEATH. Elee x *io T-elegraph—Press Association CHRISTCHU.KCH ; Last Night. A verdict of not guilty was returned by the jury on a charge in the Supreme Court against John May tie Brotherton Morgan, a clerk, aged 19, of negligent driving causing death. Morgan collided with a cyclist, Henry Charles Gardner, in the Opawa Road on the night of December 9, Gardner dying from his injuries.
