Mrs 1). M McMinn and ianiilv are spending a holiday at the beach at Castlecliffe. Mr and Mrs S. Hunter and family, of Auckland, are the guests of Miami Mrs J. D. Piper, Makairo. Mr R. S. Austin. Tyndall Street, returned home to-day after attending the Scout Jamboree at Sydney. Mrs Jj. Vile, Cambridge Street, lias returned from a. holiday spent with her sister at Bulls. Mr and Mrs A. M. Theed. of Pongnroa, are spending their holidays at Graham’s Beach, Waiuku. Auckland. Lord Strabolgi and Captain Hamilton Nimmo' who are the guests of Mr and Mrs Gordon Smith (Hamua). leave this afternoon for Wellington. Mr and Mrs J. D. Piper, junior, of Tainnarumii, have returned homo after spending a holidav with Mr and Mrs J. D. Piper, Makairo.
