GUARDIAN FOR CHILD Electric Telegraph.—Press Association AUCKLAND, August 27. In the Supdeme Court to-day Mr, Justice Ostler appointed guardians' ad litem for Jane Nelson, 19-year-old widow of Ernest Soverin Nelson an elderly farmer of Waihou. who was murdered by being shot on his farm on the evoninir of June 9 last rear and for the male child of the widow born on November 1(> last. A -writ ha;s boon issued on behalf of the brothers of Nelson asking the court to declare that the infant son of Mi’s Jane Nelson is not the son oi the deceased Ernest -Severin Nelson.
