AEROPLANES IN OLD CUSTOM. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph —Copyright LONDON. September 27. One of the most ancient municipal Ceremonies in England assumed a modern aspect when the Hoddesdon. Urban Distinct Council, following the tiin«--honoiired custom of Insitina the bounds, did it by air as well as on foot. The Council surveyor flew round the boundaries dropping flags at the boundary pests, while those on foot carried out the traditional ceremony of bumping some of their uumber against milestones after seizing them by the shoulders and feet. The air journey tin 20 minutes. and the pedestrians took 6$ hours to cover the 13 miles.
