TWO MOTOR SMASHES.
GISBORNK’K WEEK-END TALLY. Electric Telegraph—Press Association GISBORNE. This Day. Motor accidents, involving injury to lour people occurred during the week-end, three being taken to hospital. At Manut-uke, on route to the railway camp, Thomas Hickey and Thomas Corby stepped out from behind a car and were struck by another car, neither being seriously injured The other accident .took place at a road intersection in town where a car and motor cycle collided. Ravniand Morris and Rene McLachan, a pilion passenger, suffering injury, and Morris going to hospital. All are reported to be in a satisfactory condition to-day.
