DRAMATIC ACTIVITIES.
AIOVEMENT 3 N KAITAAV A. On Tuesday night Air AV. Scott, schoolmaster, presided over an enthusiastic meeting of Kaitawa residents, called for the purpose of promoting dramatic activities in the district . After Air Scott had explained the objects of the proposal, it was decided to call a general meeting on Thursday of next week to form a club, when it is proposed to organise a series of short humorous plays for production Irom time to time, and these will undoubtedly prove a means of entertainment during the winter months, as will the debates it is also, proposed to hold. It is the purpose of the organiser to produce a short play at the coming Kaitawa school concert, and this should be a pleasing addition to the prograjnme of the function.
