STILL UXCERTA IN. Electric Telegraph—Pr**ss Association WELLINGTON, Last Night. A meeting of Cabinet was held today, and there will be further Cabinet discussions this week. These meetings may be taken as an indication that the Government is coming to derisions on policy matters necessary before legislation can be drafted for the session of Parliament. The Prime Minister (Hon. M. J. Savage) stated to-day that the Government's plans were coining to finality. -But there is still some distance to go,” he remarked. Lobby gossip picks the opening date T or the session in the early part of March, the 4th or 11th ing the dates most irequently mentioned. However, Mr Savage stated to-day that he was not in a position yet to give a definite indication when the House would assemble.
