EVENTS DISTUR B El BORE. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copvright PARIS, February 8. Madame Tabouis, writing in 1/ Oeuvre, declares that Britain is disturbed at the reports of the increasing German armaments. It is believed Germany lias three plans for expansion under consideration. Tlie first is the Goeriiig plan providing for an attack on Ukraine. The second contemplates expansion in Central Europe through Austria and Czechoslovakia, and the third an invasion of France via not only Belgium but Holland. Germany already lias fifteen official aviation centres and 24 fields prepared for aeroplanes within 4<> miles Oi' tlie Dutch frontier. Large numbers oi men from German labour camps are settled near Holland and roads have been constructed Irom Bremen to Holland enabling rapid invasion. LONDON, February 8. the Times i.s publishing a series ol copyright articles dealing with the alarm in Holland over Germany’s preparations.
