INSANITY VERDICT.
DEATH OF INFANT

A verdict of not guilty on the grounds o<f insanity was returned by the jury today in the case in which Cecily Fitzmaurice was charged with murdering, lier infant son at Oamnru hv giving him veronal. Mr .Justice Kennedy ordered that accused should be detained in a mental hospital until the pleasure of the Minister of Justice is known.
