The committee of the Association is optimistic and believes that the entries received for the 49th annual show will be a record. Many enquiries are being made for schedules and tiipse who have not yet received a copy should do so as entries will close on 3rd February. A record entry in a season like the present season is more than, likely and the Association is catering for this as it should bo Jiossiblo in a district like Wairarapa. The Masterton show caters fon practically all classes, the educational part alone being very valuable to all farmers and young farmers and it is in their own interests that they should take a very prominent part and do their share by making entries. Breeders should note that the entries for the ram and ewe fair also close on 3rd February and as no late entries can be accepted lor the ram lair breeders should make their entries in good time. Cups and specials to tho value of £750 are open for competition and ■x win at the Masterton show is always worth while.
