Coinciding with the celebrations of the third anniversary of Herr Hitler’s dictators! m, the Government has promulgated a new law. authorising troops ruthlessly to crush disturbances. The military have been instructed to shoot in order to. break their resistance or ward off am- attacks involving bodily clanger to soldiers, or disperse demonstrations and enforce obedieuc-e. Troops may also use arms against prisoners attempting to escape and are authorised in the use of dynamite and hand grenades in cases of absolute necessity.
