DEALING WITH DISTURBANCES. (Rereived 11.30 a.m.) United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Gopvright. BERLIN, January 30. Coinciding with the celebrations of the third anniversary of Herr Hitler’s dictators! m, the Government has promulgated a new law. authorising troops ruthlessly to crush disturbances. The military have been instructed to shoot in order to. break their resistance or ward off am- attacks involving bodily clanger to soldiers, or disperse demonstrations and enforce obedieuc-e. Troops may also use arms against prisoners attempting to escape and are authorised in the use of dynamite and hand grenades in cases of absolute necessity.
