MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
TO-DAY’S SITTING. The monthly sitting of the Magistrate’s Court was held at Pahiatua te-dav before Mr J Logan Stout. S.M. Cecil Mc-Nabb, charged with being found on licensed premises on Januarv I<>, was fined 10s with lOs costs. Mr N. Kawson, for defendant, who pleaded guilty, explained that the former had been waiting in the car inside the hotel yard, and had the owner (against whom a similar ease was adjourned) returned earlier he would have committed the breach. BREACH OF MOTOR R EGU RATIONS. George Charles Augustine, who drove a motor r ear at night without a, rear light, was fined lOs with 12s costs.
