Winkler, who is spending a holiday in the South Island travelled by air from Wellington to Picton. Aliss Howat and Aliss Barbara How at. of Martinborough, are visiting Airs AI. Howat. Miss Harris, who ha.s been visiting Mrs AI. Howat returned to M a r tin b or o i i gh. Airs C. Hopkins and Aliss Tsobel Hopkins paid a brief visit to Mastertou this week. Air ifilton Allen has left the district to reside at Foxton Aliss Smith and Master Keith Smith arc visitors lo Hastings. All's Robson of Wellington, is the guest <>l Mrs R. Corniorth. Airs I El Liners, of Christchurch, has been staying in llu* district visiting relatives and friends.
