Notice To Advertisers INSTRUCTIONS as to the insertion or withdrawal of advertisements m the HERALD must be in WRITING. Advertisements received without such instructions will be inserted uutil countermanded and charged accordingly. Alterations for Standing Advertisements should be handed In by 12 o’clock the day before they are required to appear. Any person writing to the Herald Office for information in regard to advertisements already appearing in the paper must send stamped addressed envelope in order to ensure reply.
