Ministers’ firmness has improved the outlook of the postal workers’ dispute, but it seems inevitable that there will be strikes jii the metal trades and newspaper offices on Monday. The symptoms of unrest throughout the country include a transport strike. Bombs damaged the electric supply at Valencia. There was much damage by bombs at Bilboa and strikes, progressively idling the province of Santander.
