February 17th, from Muriwai Beach: , The P. and T. report that nearly 2-4,000 letters at present are being held to go. Now that the departure has been announced a rush will probably take place. All letters. no matter through wblieh office they originally pass will be finally post-marked at tho Auckland P.O with the, date of the flight.
