In th« tennis tournament at Martinborough the women’s chainpi* nship final w.as ron by Mrs R H. McMaster (Mar inborough). who deteated Niss X. Graham fPahiatua), in straight sets. L. D. Kcedwell and Tilbury carried off honours in tho men’s doubles event by defeat ing Scotland and Node in the final. The final of the womn's doubles resulted in a wei for Mesdames McMastor and Canpbell oxer Misses Dyer and N. Grain*.m. Kcedwell (Or* vmwni and Miss Grahan won the combined doubles tvent in three sets by heating Watt and Mrs McMaster.
