MOTOR-CYCLIST INJURED.
Phillip Lucas, signwriter. of Wellington. sustained minor injuries in a motor collision at the intersection of Union and .Johnston Streets on Christmas Eve. He was riding a motor-cycle to Wellington when he collided with a motor-car driven by a Wellington woman on the intersection . He was thrown to the bitumen, hut the car driver pulled up promptly and thus prevented the car from passing over him. Limas sustained ail in jury to his shoulder,. hut was able to proceed to Wellington by service car. The car was not badly damaged.
